We want you to have nothing but a good time at The Clermont, no matter what is going on in the world. If recent events have taught us anything, it is the value of looking after one another.

As we open our hotels and welcome you, our guests, we’re always looking out for your health and wellbeing. So, we are doing everything we can to not only ensure our hotels are the safest of havens during your trip, but that your experience with us is as seamless and smooth as it can be.

If you've prepaid for a stay that has been affected by COVID–19 or UK Government restrictions just get in touch with us here.

If you book direct, our stays are fully flexible up to 2pm on the day of arrival.

We’ll leave no stone unturned

Rooms, restaurants, meeting spaces and more. We have the fortune to have big, beautiful spaces with plenty to offer.

That makes us extra vigilant, ensuring all spaces within each of our hotels are rigorously and regularly disinfected. Not just daily, but throughout the day.

Throughout your stay

Things that will be a little different 

Firstly, you’ll notice the team will all being wearing face coverings, along with other guests in all public areas in line with Government guidelines.

We have hand sanitiser ready for you at the entrance and key spots around the hotel. And we’ll ensure social distancing measures are thoughtfully observed.

We’ll also be asking our guests checking-in, to check in on the NHS COVID-19 app too. And at the end of your stay simply use the express checkout at reception for a contact-free goodbye.

Restaurants & bars

The same great food, served differently

We're delighted to say that our restaurants and bars are allowed to open again from 17th May, in line with Government guidelines.

We’re not quite ready to roll out the breakfast buffet that everyone loves. To manage social distancing we’ll be serving plated breakfast, which you can order from our new menu.

If you’re looking to work out

The hotel gym will, unfortunately, be closed for the time being.

We’ve partnered with our friends at FLY LDN to offer a range of wellness classes, that you can access through the TV in your room, at a time that works for you.

Alternatively, our reception team would be happy to recommend local running routes to keep your step count up.
